Customer Service

To find an order you have placed online you will need to sign in to your account.

Please follow the following instructions:

  1. Click on the My account link which can be found on the top of the website
  2. A sign in screen will open up where you will need to input your email address and password or if you sign up with your social account then you can just click on the account you signed in with.
  3. Once signed in just click the orders tab
  4. You will see the most recent orders placed

Once your order is shipped an email is sent to the address on your account providing you with the tracking details for your order. The tracking link in your order will take you to the tracking details provided by the shipping provider.

To track an order you have placed online, you will need to sign in to your account. 

Please follow the following instructions:

  1. Click on My account link which can be found on the upper left hand corner of the top of the website
  2. A sign in screem will open up where you will need to input your email address and password, or if you signed up with your social account then you can just click on the account you signed in with.
  3. Once signed in, just click the orders tab
  4. You will see the most recent orders placed
  5. Locate the order you want to track and hit the track button near the shipment details
  6. Once the track button is clicked the tracking information from the carrier will appear there for you to review

If you would like to cancel an order for any reason you may do so as long as the order has not been transmitted to our warehouse for shipment.

Cancelation Procedure Registered Customers:

  • If you have registered for an account at the time you placed the order you can cancel the order by logging into your account.
  • Once logged in select the my account link on the top left hand corner on the site.
  • Select the orders tab
  • Locate your order
  • If a Cancel button is available on the order you can click it to cancel your order. (if there is not a cancel option on your order then it has already been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.)

 

Returning individual items in an order can be done in 2 simple ways.

Option 1: Online

  • Sign-in to "My Account"
  • Click on orders tab
  • Locate order with the item/s you would like to return
  • Select Return or Exchange button
  • Follow the instructions
  • Submit your return

  • Call Customer Service at 888-392-9012
  • Provide the order number or our customer service representative can look it up for you
  • Provide reason for return
  • Receive your return number

My order was damaged in shipment, what should I do?

We are sorry that the item received on your order was damaged in shipment
Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. Therefore, we created easy options foy to you to replace the item or return it for credit.
